How We Change Through The Years

When people walk into the Feast for the first time, we give them a
little Novena to God’s Love and ask them to write 7 dreams. This is
important. So many people are so crushed by life, they’ve forgotten to
dream. So we teach them to dream again.
I’ve noticed that the usual dreams they write are, “I want a new job”,
and “I want a new car”, and “I want a new house”, “I want a new
boyfriend…”
But little by little, as years go by, I notice a change.
I’m sure you notice it too within you.
You notice that your dreams change.
Now, instead of wanting God to fulfil your dreams, you want to fulfill
His dreams. Your dreams and God’s dreams become one. Instead of
praying, “Lord, make my dreams come true,” you pray, “Lord, make your
dreams come true through me.”
Have a beautiful Feast today!
May your dreams come true,
Bo Sanchez

Talk 3: Make Me Follow
Matthew 8: 14-22 NLT
When Jesus arrived at Peter’s house, Peter’s mother-in-law was sick in bed
with a high fever.
15 But when Jesus touched her hand, the fever left her.
Then she got up and prepared a meal for him.
16 That evening many demon-
possessed people were brought to Jesus. He cast out the evil spirits with a
simple command, and he healed all the sick.
17 This fulfilled the word of the Lord through the prophet Isaiah, who said, “He took our sicknesses and removed our diseases.” When Jesus saw the crowd around him, he instructed his disciples to cross to the other side of the lake.
19Then one of the teachers of religious law said to him, “Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go.”
20 But Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens to live in, and birds have nests, but the Son of
Man has no place even to lay his head.”
21 Another of his disciples said,
“Lord, first let me return home and bury my father.”
22 But Jesus told
him, “Follow me now. Let the spiritually dead bury their own dead.”

When you said YES to God, how did you say NO to other things?
What attachments did you have to let go?
